Admission Procedures

For New Students/Transferees and Incoming Freshmen:

    Secure an Application Form at the floor of the High School Building. Note: While inside the APCAS please observe the proper dress code - NO SLEEVELESS, SHORTS, SKIRTS ABOVE THE KNEES, RIPPED JEANS

    Submit the accomplished Application Form and other requirements to the Admission Office and get the assessment slip.

  • 3

    Proceed to the cashier after the assessment and pay for the fees

  • 4

    Go to the Registrar's Office and get your Certificate of Registration and Class Schedule

  • 5

    Go to the Admission Office and present your Official Receipt and Certificate of Registration and gt the final instruction for the uniform/things to bring.
